My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. Pickyourtrail was pretty convenient and planned a nice 3 night 4 days trip at Maldives that was all inclusive. The overall process was seamless and the app was pretty intuitive. The only issue I faced was when I gave an international phone number to register and tried to login using that in India. However the issue was escalated to the backed team and was resolved within an hour.
