All the drivers were reporting to us well in advance and updating and guiding us about the situations there both in terms of climate, traffic etc., Thanks to pick your trail, we are very much satisfied from the customization of our trip to execution so comfortably. And also the customer support team was also very responsive. Booking a Bali trip with Pick Your Trail was my first experience and they didn't disappoint us at all. The trip went hassle free throughout and the journey with Pick Your Trail, right from booking the trip till the end of the trip was just amazing. There were some very small downs which I have noted down that we can discuss it and avoid to have it while booking our next trip with Pick Your Trail. But kudos to the entire team!!
