I am so much indebted that, I will try my best to express my sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the Pickyourtrail team. When I started planning for a trip to Bali in Jan/Feb I wasn't sure entirely for two reasons. 1. Safety and well being of my parents & aunt aged 70+, will it be stressful for them? 2. Managing a group of 7 members. I have to call out the support & guidance from Mr.Adil Nazil who planned the itinerary. Given the two main criteria Adil did a great job in planning the schedule, hotels, activities in a way that the entire family can have a great time together. A month ahead of the planned departure, the airlines rescheduled the flights for the onward journey by a day. As per the revised schedule, our trip will get reduced by a day. Ramya - CX Associate, who handled my booking did a great job of advancing the booking by a day and manage hotel & activities as per the revised schedule. The way she handled the replanning activity was very seamless and stress free. The most important aspect of all is the service from the Pickyourtrail team at Bali. They have set a new bar for customer centricity and care. Mr. Suarma our tour guide and driver is an amazing person who was with us right from the moment we landed at Denpasar, (we were greeted with a nice delicious cake, the kids loved it) Bali all through the 7 days until flew back. He was so prompt in his timings and made sure we complete all activities for the day without any hassle. The way he guided us and took care of us made me not to worry about my elderly parents. And this includes taking us to Indian restaurants, taking amazing pictures. Thank you so much Pickyourtrail giving us a memorable vacation! You have got some amazing folks in your team. Kudos to all the great work they are doing.

I booked my Bali trip with PYT. It was hassle free and the ground team of PYT is very good. The local guide, the pickup and drop, the private transfer cars etc are all good. Further the Chennai PYT representatives are very responsive and was supportive for any query the whole time. I would really recommend PYT !! Wonderfull trip at optimum cost

They have set a new bar for customer centricity and care. Mr. Suarma our tour guide and driver is an amazing person who was with us right from the moment we landed at Denpasar, (we were greeted with a nice delicious cake, the kids loved it) Bali all through the 7 days until flew back. He was so prompt in his timings and made sure we complete all activities for the day without any hassle. The way he guided us and took care of us made me not to worry about my elderly parents. And this includes taking us to Indian restaurants, taking amazing pictures. Thank you so much Pickyourtrail giving us a memorable vacation! You have got some amazing folks in your team. Kudos to all the great work they are doing.

We recently used the services of Pickyourtrail to plan a trip to Bali. Their services were nearly impeccable at each stage of planning , choosing the itinerary, assisting with flight bookings, and from our arrival in Bali till our departure. I booked my Bali trip with PYT. It was hassle free and the ground team of PYT is very good. The local guide, the pickup and drop, the private transfer cars etc are all good. Further the Chennai PYT representatives are very responsive and was supportive for any query the whole time. I would really recommend PYT !! Wonderfull trip at optimum cost

We had nice experience in BALI. We are very thankful to Pick Your Trial for arranging this honeymoon trip for us. We really enjoyed a lot except the one bad experience happened to us. There is more theft happening in Bali, so it's our humble request to take care of yourself and your belongings very safely.

Got a package for bali. We easily made changes to the package based on our convenience and everything there went smooth. From booking tickets to coming back to airport post trip was hassle free. The experience with pickyourtrail is awesome . Recently we have been for Bali vacation for 7days trip the service from them was very good especially that stay was very good thank you for that exotic experience. Only thing that I need to say is plz improve with your extra service like giving welcome kits and interaction with guests properly. We faced that problem in Bali.
