Planned my first international solo to Singapore with Pickyourtrail. From the initial conversation their team has been very focussed on customising my itinerary based on my preferences. The visa process was pretty smooth and everything was arranged by them. They informed me about all the requirements and documents before the travel. The entire trip was really smooth and their customer care was really prompt whenever I pinged them for any queries. I would definitely want to travel with them again!

First thing I wish to mention is that, *the pick your trail* stands true to their motto " hassle free holidays", it was a dream holiday of Singapore -Bali, for the whole family. From the day I contacted them ( month of feb) & downloaded the app, they were very helpful, first, Mr.Sanjay helped me almost for everything, right from the itinerary to give a good deal & gave a good help to make payments easily, he answered all my queries patiently & made many changes many times in itinerary & dates as I wanted.Thanks to him. Once the tour custodian Mr.Vincent Selva Kumar was assigned, I almost depended on him for everything, he was most helpful & patient with my queries & always(24 7) available & solved them immediately. The whole app*picks your trail* is made very meticulously & perfect. A big thumbs-up to the whole team. They do not leave you in the middle, but always there with you, even abroad! The Singapore stay & all the transfers were very easy & without any problem, the overseas team took very good care. Hotel Mercure Singapore was also very good with good food, they even arranged our early check-in also. All our flight reservations were proper with good options of Singapore airlines. Chitranshu* from the team gave very good guidance for Visa & all, he was very helpful & cooperative. Bali stay at Kuta at Cross vibe pasha* was very good, the hotel is at a very location & with good people, only a small issue, they did not include the child (11 years ) in the complimentary dinner, how come? We had to buy dinner for him that day. Our driver and guide Mr.Subandi "subu"was a very joyful person always there for you, always smiling & happy man! He was always with us and took very good care of us. Thanks to the local ground team also. In Ubud* while setting the itinerary a small point was missed, that is non inclusion of *Ulun danu* temple on the day when we were doing north Bali, as I had unnecessary included it as extra activity on another day & paid extra for it. The issue was promptly solved by the team & I am happy we did it on the day when we visited Handara gate, which is not worth it, as they charge you, even if you step down the coach & try to take out your mobiles! My suggestion is that, you include the iconic temple of *Ulun danu* in the itinerary henceforth. The stay at *Dhankha resort* was excellent. The villas are beautiful & the location is wonderful too! The complimentary dinner(child inclusive) & spa , everything was very good & appreciated. Subu always took us to nice places for lunch & was very friendly, we miss him a lot, I even miss Sanjay, Vincent, Chitranshu who were always there for me online. It was their grand efforts which made our dream holiday come true!! A big thumbs-up to all of them.

Every detail was handled with professionalism and care, making this one of the most memorable travel experiences Ive had. The accommodations (Hotel Boss) were absolutely superbcomfortable, well-located, and matched perfectly with our preferences. A Honest Review by a happy customer: In this technology driven world, going for a trip in a country like Singapore is not a difficult task.. We can easily book flights, entry tickets for sightseeing, cab for commutation, hotels etc via online as per our convenience.. Then what is the role of travel aggregator on a trip? Yes.. they arrange everything on behalf of us and guide us throughout our trip so we need not to worry about anything during the tour.. Before the start of the trip, Pick your trail has suggested good places for sightseeing with family, arranged visa, arranged accommodation with awesome breakfast, vehicle for pick up and drop where the driver can speak our language.. We have spent 5 days in Singapore with family and the trip went very well.. Our requirement is to board the vehicle on time and the rest of the things take care by Pick your trail nicely.. I strongly recommend PYT for any abroad trip for hassle free experience which we had in our Singapore trip...

I recently went to Singapore with pyt and all the transfers ,visa and planning was spot on without any issues or delays ...this is the third foreign destination I have been to with pyt ...I have become a repetitive customer and mind you it's hard to impress me
