Thanks to Pickyourtrail who enabled us to have a wonderful family trip to Singapore. Customising the itinerary, help in the flight booking, support given by the local team in Singapore are some of key points which are appreciable. Hotel accommodation is excellent but could have managed better in terms of proper communication about the complimentary breakfast and check in date/time. Otherwise it was awesome

4.5/5 stars! Amazing experience with Sri Gayathri (POC) - excellent communication & guidance. Smooth itinerary & payment process. However, flight personalization had issues, resolved after 2am wait. Divya Darshini was cooperative. One suggestion: improve communication on transit visa requirements. We missed exploring Singapore airport & city due to lack of information (needs 48hr prior application). Traveling with senior citizens, we wasted 7 hours inside the airport. Beautiful Bali trip otherwise! Recommendation: Enhance pre-trip guidance on visa requirements & international card transaction etc.

Pickyourtrail is one of the best travel partner you can trust on. From the day, i thought about my next international trip , Sagarika from pyt put in every efforts to plan my trip according to my requirements. My first trip was planned by sagarika to Maldives and she did a fantastic job and provided us with wonderful experiences and hassel free service. So, without a second thought I reached out to her again for my next trip to Singapore, Malaysia and Bali and on a serious note it was one of our most amazing and memorable trip so far. From day 1 till the day we headed back to india pyt was on constant touch with us and Sagarika is the one who guided us in every step whether it was hotel recommendations or the day wise itinerary. She did every possible effort to make it hassle free for us. Even i made multiple changes but she was patient during the whole process and helped and guided me through everything. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend PYT for international travels and special thanks to Sagarika for her efforts.

Pros : - Whole management and stays were perfect - drivers were cooperatives and on time. - Water sports including parasailing and banana boat were truly amazing - instructions before trip were clear and to the point Cons : - Returning flights via scoot was not comfortable, rest experience with Singapore airlines was good. - less options of food for vegetarian people.

Singapore trip was well planned initially by Ayushipick from their team , and well handled Abhinaya Priya there after. It was a short time given to them by me but they have executed outstandingly well. While in Singapore there was a constant support from Abhinaya and she really took care of everything. A Truly Wonderful 8-Day Trip to Bali & Singapore with PickYourTrail! A big thank you to Naveen, who patiently curated our itinerary and handled all bookings with great attention to detail. Soundarya and Vignesh were extremely helpful in explaining every aspect of the trip from hotels and transfers to daily plans ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. During the trip, Abhi provided wonderful on-ground support and was always just a message away whenever we needed assistance. In Bali, our driver Ibel made the trip extra special! Always punctual, polite, and full of positive energy, he ensured all our pickups were on time and guided us with local insights that made every day memorable. A huge thanks to Mahadev at the watersports activity too his enthusiasm, professionalism, and care made it one of the most thrilling experiences of our journey! We chose pickyourtrial for our singapore n malaysia trip. We had a very good experience overall starting from the discussion with the sales person in planning the itenary, followed by visa processing and tour briefing few days before the starting of the tour and then with the live support using WhatsApp group chat to coordinate well across the complete duration of the tour from airport pickup to drop back at the airport plus the schedule for the day communicated in the previous evening, etc
