My experience with PYT was great. The Visa team(Afrose) answered all my queries and provided proper assistance in getting me the AU visa. There were few misunderstandings with the PYT sales team but SriRaman (account owner) helped clear up all my concerns. On one occasion when one of the internal flights got cancelled as the airlines went under and I wasnt aware of the cancellation, he took initiative in getting me tickets on another airline even though it was a holiday for him. The support team followed up with me regularly during the trip to see if I needed any assistance. Overall, it was a good trip and I enjoyed it.

Our trip to Australia was arranged by Pick your Trails. Every step of the process was very smooth right from planning the right itinerary and the bookings to co ordination. All thanks to Lio for customising the tour based on our preferences. The visa process was very fast and smooth & visa was approved in very short time.All the trip vouchers were shared well in advance and Chandana was so good in explaining all the details and she was always in touch all along the trip no matter what time we reached out. The app support is excellent as there is always someone help co ordinate things 24/7 . Even if its for any small information, the details were given immediately. The customised tours which are planned were always on the right time schedule and we enjoyed them very much . The Great Ocean Road trip and The Blue Mountains trip was amazing .Visit to the Gold Coast was very fun with the movie world and Sea world theme parks. All the airport and hotel pick up and drops were done smoothly . The transport co ordination was right on point. We felt very comfortable throughout the tour.Special mention to Shreya Menon for the updates and she kept checking on us whole time till we arrived home safe Overall a great experience with Pick your Trails and would choose them in future and surely recommend to friends and family

Feedback for Pickyourtrail (8/10): Pros: The service was truly impeccableby far the best I have experienced in the travel industry. The speed of response from Chandana was phenomenal, and I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. The tailor-made itinerary from Evans was perfectly suited to our needs. A standout feature was the 24*7 supportyou could text them anytime during the trip with any doubt, and they were always quick to respond. Cons: The hotel in Melbourne, while having a good room, lacked housekeeping, which was a bit of a drawback. Additionally, more guidance on the nightlife in Australia would have been helpful, especially noting that most places close around 5-6 PM. Some insights into the actual city vibes would have enhanced the experience. Another issue was with the Boxing Day Test match. Our trip to Australia was arranged by Pick your Trails. Every step of the process was very smooth right from planning the right itinerary and the bookings to co ordination. All thanks to Lio for customising the tour based on our preferences. The visa process was very fast and smooth & visa was approved in very short time.All the trip vouchers were shared well in advance and Chandana was so good in explaining all the details and she was always in touch all along the trip no matter what time we reached out. The customised tours which are planned were always on the right time schedule and we enjoyed them very much . The Great Ocean Road trip and The Blue Mountains trip was amazing .Visit to the Gold Coast was very fun with the movie world and Sea world theme parks. All the airport and hotel pick up and drops were done smoothly . The transport co ordination was right on point. My family trip to Australia - Melbourne, Gold Coast and SydneyIt all started with the planning stage about 6 months backMs Suman and Ms Sangeetha helped me out in charting the entire travel plan. They were extremely patient in answering all my queries regarding the hotel rooms and the facilities in the apartments.The next step of getting Visa was seamless with the help of Mr Afrose who guided me in getting all the documents organisedFollowing which was the guidance by Mr Asfahan for all the corrections in the vouchers and scheduling the entire trip perfectlyWe landed in Melbourne at Absolute Collins but unfortunately there was an issue in getting the keys. There was no receptionist and none were aware about where to get the keys. Ms Punnagai and Mr Vignesh assisted me promptly, they organised a family room in a nearby hotel (Novotel) and arranged for the keys the next day.The apartment was good, well located in front of the tram station and well equipped with all the amenities but there was no windows and ventilation. Major disadvantage is that there is no receptionist concept there and there’s no immediate point of contact which becomes difficult at times of crisis. However we were able to connect with the owner whose number was shared by Ms PunnagaiAll the sight seeing trips went on very well as planned.Philip Island is a mandatory one and the Penguin parade was out of the world with nature at its best🐧Great ocean drive, though it was a 600 km drive, it was worth itThen we flew to Gold Coast and stayed at Breakfree breakpoint, Surfers Paradise which is again the centre point, accessible to all places. The apartment was fantastic, right in front of the beach with all amenities and breathtaking view of the entire city. It was well ventilated with glass doors and windows throughout.The Dreamworld theme park was good. However the white water world was closed since it’s colder month.Our final spot was Sydney and we stayed at Nesuto Woolloomolloo apartment which again was spacious and good. However we felt that they were bit strict even about minor things and the kitchen had minimal utensils.Opera guided tour was awesome and the sea life, zoo and madam tussades were interesting. We went as per our plan and the timings in the tickets and enjoyed every bit of it.A Watsapp group was formed by the team and heads up was given about the Day to day activities and the team guided us throughout our trip.Though we traveled 3 cities with 5 of us and 10 luggages, there was absolutely no hiccups in the transfers to and from the airport. It was perfectly arranged.Overall it was a great and wonderful experience except for the initial glitch.I would like to thank the entire PICK YOUR TRAIL team especially Ms Sangeetha,Ms Suman, Mr Afrose, Mr Asfahan, Ms Punnagai and Mr Vignesh for all their assistance and timely help which made our holiday a memorable one 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
