Pickyourtrail customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. The Refund amount depicted is subjected to change based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers and payments received from customers till date.

Hi, recently we went on a family vacation trip to Dubai for 4 Nights and 5 Days towards New Year Eve 2025. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a meticulously planned trip to Dubai arranged by PickYourTrail (PYT), and I must say the overall experience was commendable. Phase-1 Travel Arrangements: A big shoutout to Nitin Komal for the seamless and well-coordinated Phase-1 arrangements. From the initial discussions to finalizing the itinerary, everything was handled with precision and professionalism. Phase-2 Travel Arrangements: Karthik continued the excellent service during Phase-2, ensuring that every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned and executed. 24x7 Support System: PYTs 24x7 support system is outstanding. It was reassuring to know that help was just a call away, and the prompt responses made our journey hassle-free. The accommodation at Howard Johnson, Dubai, was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. A special mention for the Indian food provided throughout the trip it was delicious and made us feel at home. We never felt we missed Indian cuisine, which added immense value to our travel experience. While PYT exceeded our expectations, the ground-level tour operator, Rayna Tours, fell short in several aspects: Lack of Professionalism: The drivers were not punctual and displayed an unprofessional attitude. Poor Itinerary Management: Unfortunately, we missed visiting the BAPS temple, a key highlight of our trip, due to poor planning. Instead, there was an unnecessary focus on visiting merchandise centers, presumably for commission-based incentives. This compromise significantly affected the itinerary and overall experience. PickYourTrail delivered an excellent travel experience, and I will certainly consider opting for PYT for my next international trip. Nitin Komal and Karthiks efforts deserve special recognition for their exceptional service and dedication. However, I would strongly recommend that PYT reassess their partnership with Rayna Tours to ensure that such discrepancies do not tarnish the otherwise stellar travel experience PYT offers. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a meticulously planned trip to Dubai arranged by PickYourTrail (PYT), and I must say the overall experience was commendable. Phase-1 Travel Arrangements: A big shoutout to Nitin Komal for the seamless and well-coordinated Phase-1 arrangements. From the initial discussions to finalizing the itinerary, everything was handled with precision and professionalism. Phase-2 Travel Arrangements: Karthik continued the excellent service during Phase-2, ensuring that every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned and executed. 24x7 Support System: PYTs 24x7 support system is outstanding. It was reassuring to know that help was just a call away, and the prompt responses made our journey hassle-free. The accommodation at Howard Johnson, Dubai, was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. A special mention for the Indian food provided throughout the trip it was delicious and made us feel at home. We never felt we missed Indian cuisine, which added immense value to our travel experience. While PYT exceeded our expectations, the ground-level tour operator, Rayna Tours, fell short in several aspects: Lack of Professionalism: The drivers were not punctual and displayed an unprofessional attitude. Poor Itinerary Management: Unfortunately, we missed visiting the BAPS temple, a key highlight of our trip, due to poor planning. Instead, there was an unnecessary focus on visiting merchandise centers, presumably for commission-based incentives. This compromise significantly affected the itinerary and overall experience. PickYourTrail delivered an excellent travel experience, and I will certainly consider opting for PYT for my next international trip. Nitin Komal and Karthiks efforts deserve special recognition for their exceptional service and dedication. However, I would strongly recommend that PYT reassess their partnership with Rayna Tours to ensure that such discrepancies do not tarnish the otherwise stellar travel experience PYT offers. Thank you, PYT, for an amazing Dubai trip! Looking forward to traveling with you again.

Travel bookings are well managed. Great on-call support. Go out of the way to get issues resolved. Karthik has been a great support to us on our trip to Dubai. He has been available early or late to help us. App support is also good. There is also room for improvement on App for trip progresses. But for the moment, it's good. All the support staff we came in contact with, has been very cooperative and listened to our needs. Dhara & Prity also helped in our initial process bookings & Karthik was a great local support. Thanks & keep it up.

I am very happy with pickyourtrail services. They planned everything very well and in organised way. My Dubai trip with two small kids was absolutely hassle free because of PYT. My trip custodian Karthik was very professional and responsive. He organised every commute , vouchers before time and cleared our queries time by time. Thanks to PYT. Definately recommended
