(4/5) We had a wonderful Dubai experience with PICK YOUR TRAIL, and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. A special shout-out to Harikaran, who did an excellent job designing our entire trip and itineraryit was thoughtfully planned, well-structured, and executed perfectly. The experience went exactly as planned and was very similar to our earlier Singapore trip, which we had also booked through PICK YOUR TRAIL. Because of that smooth experience, choosing PICK YOUR TRAIL again for Dubai was an easy decision. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Lakshmi Varada, who assisted us throughout the entire journeyfrom planning to implementation. She patiently addressed all our questions, was very responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly at every stage of the trip. The only reason Im giving 4 out of 5 (instead of 5) is due to a small confusion regarding visa information. Both my wife and I hold valid US H-1B visas, and after reaching the airport we learnedthrough official sources and immigrationthat we were eligible for visa on arrival and did not need to apply for a Dubai visa in advance. However, this was not clearly communicated earlier, and we were advised that H-1B visas were not valid for visa on arrival, which led us to apply for an e-visa unnecessarily. That said, we received the visas without any issues, but it seems more like a visa-team communication gap. Apart from this minor point, everything else was handled excellently. Overall, the trip was fantastic, well-organized, and memorable. I would definitely recommend PICK YOUR TRAIL for future trips and would be happy to travel with them again. Imagine youve always thought of your dream holiday and then it happens almost magically. Thats how we felt as a family after booking our Bangkok and Hua Hin trip with Pickyourtrails. Right from the very first interaction, the team, especially Bhavna, was on the ball, happily accommodating our changes to the itinerary. Once we booked our holiday, we were briefed on every small aspect by Revanth who continued to be in touch even when we were in Thailand, checking daily whether we were satisfied with the arrangements. And satisfied we were, for sure. Right from the pick-ups and drops to the superb arrangements for the river cruise dinner, we were left spellbound. Amazing experience in planning with Pick Your Trail. We went to Singapore as family of 4. We said in the beginning we have two kids aged 4.5 and 2 and the team really helped ik planning the right Itinerary Very well organized - whatsApp group was created time make a plan - then plan was put in action by tickets being booked - lastly visa was so smooth - and trip was followed as per plan ans we had amazing time Highly recommend Huge shout out to Abinaya, Adhithyan, Nitya, Deevi, Dhayananthan, Shabreen.

We had an amazing experience with this travel agency for our Singapore trip! Everything was perfectly planned, from flights and hotel bookings to sightseeing and local transport.
