Since this was my first international trip, Im happy that everything went smoothly with the agency! My only suggestion is to plan your itinerary on your own, as most places in Singapore are easy to cover using public transport, except Sentosa, which needs more planning. Many attractions are free, so research activities before booking packages to save money. Universal Studios was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Phu Quoc Was Perfect, Thanks to a Brilliant Team We had an absolutely wonderful time in Phu Quoc, and so much of that credit goes to the team at PicYourTrail and Travel Support. We travelled with family ( wife+ 5 yr old son) to phuket (4 days) and bangkok (3 days). The ground team there in phuket and bangkok did a commendable job, they planned the timings very well and the type of car which suits for each of my activity and commute. They were available 24*7 both in whatsapp and PYT app. We had no issues anywhere in the trip everything was planned very well and the cab's waited well ahead of time. Now coming to the negative part : The sales team here in India was not clear with their proposed itinerary. There was always confusions with whatever they said. So, its better you plan the itinerary yourself clearly and then go to them, since they weren't much helpful in the planning part overall.
