We chose Pick Your Trails for our Sri Lanka holiday to celebrate our babys first birthday, and it was an excellent decision. The trip was thoughtfully planned and well executed, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free for us as parents. There was a minor check-in issue at the Bentota hotel on the first day from the hotels side, but apart from that, everything was handled efficiently by the team. Special thanks to Austin for the planning and to Adithyan, Nimmy, Abhinaya, and Devi for their timely support throughout the trip. The driver was polite, the stays were comfortable, and the journey felt seamless overall. It truly became a memorable first birthday celebration for our baby.

Had really good experience on my philippines trip

PYT has been a great partner for us both during our 2021 anniversary trip to Maldives and again now to celebrate our daughters first birthday. Everything has been extraordinary across both the instances. For our 2026 trip just wanted to call out the efforts of Sneha who helped us with the planning and Hari Haran for his post booking support. (4/5) We had a wonderful Dubai experience with PICK YOUR TRAIL, and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. A special shout-out to Harikaran, who did an excellent job designing our entire trip and itineraryit was thoughtfully planned, well-structured, and executed perfectly. The experience went exactly as planned and was very similar to our earlier Singapore trip, which we had also booked through PICK YOUR TRAIL. Because of that smooth experience, choosing PICK YOUR TRAIL again for Dubai was an easy decision. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Lakshmi Varada, who assisted us throughout the entire journeyfrom planning to implementation. She patiently addressed all our questions, was very responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly at every stage of the trip. The only reason Im giving 4 out of 5 (instead of 5) is due to a small confusion regarding visa information. Both my wife and I hold valid US H-1B visas, and after reaching the airport we learnedthrough official sources and immigrationthat we were eligible for visa on arrival and did not need to apply for a Dubai visa in advance. However, this was not clearly communicated earlier, and we were advised that H-1B visas were not valid for visa on arrival, which led us to apply for an e-visa unnecessarily. That said, we received the visas without any issues, but it seems more like a visa-team communication gap. Apart from this minor point, everything else was handled excellently. Overall, the trip was fantastic, well-organized, and memorable. I would definitely recommend PICK YOUR TRAIL for future trips and would be happy to travel with them again. A bit more clarity on visa guidance would make the experience absolutely perfect. Thank you, PICK YOUR TRAIL!
