Hi, We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. The itinerary was well planned, covering all the major attractions without feeling rushed. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. One suggestion for improvement where we stayed on the last day. The check-in experience could have been more welcoming, as the staff's attitude felt less courteous than at the other hotels. Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel did not feel ideal for a family tour group. Choosing a more family-oriented hotel for future tours would further enhance the overall experience. Apart from this, everything else was excellent

Sooper-Hit Thailand Holiday, Thanks to Aashwin and Meghana! I am writing to share our wonderful family vacation experience with PickYourTrail, which was an absolute sooper-hit holiday from start to finish. The seamless experience began right from the start with Meghana M. from the planning team, who did a fantastic job setting up our trip. Once we were on the ground, the exceptional care we received from Aashwin on the On-Trip Support Team made a massive difference. Throughout the journey, he was incredibly attentive, genuinely listened to our needs, and acted on them immediately. A standout moment was his wonderful gesture of arranging a special dinner for us on the night of June 25th. It was a beautiful touch, and the food and hospitality were absolutely wonderful.
