Outstanding Kenya Trip Experience with PickYourTrails We recently completed an amazing trip to Kenya with PickYourTrails, traveling as a family with my wife and young son, and I can confidently say they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Right from the planning stage, the team gave us multiple options for stays, places to visit, and experiences, paying attention to even the smallest details. The itinerary was customized exactly to our preferences, and they patiently kept refining it until we were fully satisfied. Everything felt well-planned, smooth, and stress-free. I would especially like to appreciate three people who made this trip truly special: 1. Preksha (Front-End Team): She was extremely patient and took the time to genuinely understand what kind of holiday we were looking for. Based on our preferences, she suggested options that matched our expectations perfectly. Her calm approach and attention to detail made the planning process very comfortable. 2. Shreyah Krishna (Back-End Team): She handled the execution and follow-ups brilliantly. Her coordination was excellent, and she ensured everything went smoothly throughout the trip. Very hands-on, proactive, and clearly someone who knows how to manage things well. 3. David Agisu (Driver & Guide): David was exceptional. He made sure we saw all the animals we hoped for, was incredibly patient with my son, and answered every question with enthusiasm. His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism truly enhanced our safari experience. I would highly recommend him. Overall, PickYourTrails delivered a memorable, well-organized, and family-friendly Kenya holiday. I would happily recommend them to anyone planning an international trip, especially safaris in Africa.

My coordinator was abinaya. She is very friendly and always available whenever we needed help. Without even asking, she pitched in sometimes and helped us. Also, i felt comparing to other travel agencies pick your trail is budget friendly. Looking forward having another trip in a year ahead!

The trip was amazing and smoothly planned by pickyourtrail and lark holidays Kudos to lark holidays for on time pickup and drop and spacious transport 1 star less only for the iternary being set too early each day at 7-8am for a honeymoon trip to thailand , wished it was more relaxing in the mornings
