We had a great time in China. The entire process of planning, booking and support during our trip was quite smooth. Language and Internet access being issues in China, telegram app and the team were pretty helpful. Their approach was very personal. . . Talking to people instead of 'sales reps', no call centre ivr, no follow up needed from our side for anything. . . we were pleased everything worked out so well.
