We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. They were very helpful in planning the destination and suggested some changes for the good. Igni, srivatsan, loni all were very enthusiastic in responding to any of our queries! Chandramouli and the team did an excellent job in keeping us informed with regular daily updates on all activities. Their communication was clear, timely, and very reassuring throughout the process. The live chat support team was also extremely helpful, providing quick responses and efficient turnaround whenever I had questions. Took a Maldives trip from Pickyourtrail. Booking experience was fine. We had a rough start to the trip, almost had to cancel but we somehow made to Maldives due to the Srilankan floods. The moment we landed to the resort, the overall experience was amazing, super hospitality. It was a lifetime experience.
