We recently booked our honeymoon package in pickyourtrail, suggested by our sister. Starting from their itinerary customisation till we landed back to hometown they guided us. Package customisation was made as per our comfort. Their chat support team was 24*7 available who cleared all our doubts immediately. Villa provided them was awesome and transfers were done by them. The guides provided by them at Bali were awesome and friendly. They helped us lot in many ways especially for money exchange and so on. They made our trip memorable and it was penny worthy. I just returned from my first international trip to Thailand and it was amazingly co-ordinates by Pickyourtrail. It was a fully customised trip. Mr. Rishikesh Ujjawal from Pickyourtrail team helped me plan the entire trip. I brought so many changes everyday and he did everything without any hesitation. A big shout-out to him. After reaching thailand I didnt have to worry about a single thing. From already booked hotels, to drivers waiting in our hotel lobby as we come out everything was extremely well co-ordinated by them. Even the last moment activities that I wanted to add sitting in Thailand were very smoothly arranged by them. The trip was supervised and communicated to us by them via WhatsApp with 24*7 instant replies to whatever doubt we had. Highly recommend. The experience could not have been better! My travel consultant Prathishta needs a special mention. I was traveling with my infant to Bali and she helped customise an itinerary which was absolutely fit for us and seamlessly planned. We did not have to wait for a minute anywhere for any logistics to be sorted. Everything was done way before we reached, and from drivers to concierge, PYT ensured it is 100% hassle-free.
