Outstanding Kenya Trip Experience with PickYourTrails We recently completed an amazing trip to Kenya with PickYourTrails, traveling as a family with my wife and young son, and I can confidently say they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Right from the planning stage, the team gave us multiple options for stays, places to visit, and experiences, paying attention to even the smallest details. The itinerary was customized exactly to our preferences, and they patiently kept refining it until we were fully satisfied. Everything felt well-planned, smooth, and stress-free. I would especially like to appreciate three people who made this trip truly special: 1. Preksha (Front-End Team): She was extremely patient and took the time to genuinely understand what kind of holiday we were looking for. Based on our preferences, she suggested options that matched our expectations perfectly. Her calm approach and attention to detail made the planning process very comfortable. 2. Shreyah Krishna (Back-End Team): She handled the execution and follow-ups brilliantly. Her coordination was excellent, and she ensured everything went smoothly throughout the trip. Very hands-on, proactive, and clearly someone who knows how to manage things well. 3. David Agisu (Driver & Guide): David was exceptional. He made sure we saw all the animals we hoped for, was incredibly patient with my son, and answered every question with enthusiasm. His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism truly enhanced our safari experience. I would highly recommend him. I had booked a trip with Pickyourtrail to visit Nairobi and Masai Mara in Kenya. I was super impressed with the overall booking and travel experience. These guys were super co-operative and understanding in suggesting multiple hotels to suit our budget. They were very patient in explaining all the documentation and vaccine requirements. Pickyourtrail also connected us with excellent English speaking contacts on the ground in Kenya, especially the guide who pretty much took care of our entire Masai Mara trip.Overall, a complete hassle-free experience. I would highly recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone who is planning their international trips.
