Weve just completed our family trip to Singapore and Langkawi with Pick your trail. Overall it was a memorable experience. There were a few misses during the itinerary planning phase. Despite mentioning our preference for certain rides/places several times, they were unfortunately left out from our itenary.We only realised this during the mid of our trip; however, once we reached out to the on-site support team, they proactively addressed the issue along with the sales team and ensured everything was arranged smoothly, which we truly appreciated. Apart from this, everything else was perfectly executed and well managed. We booked our Vietnam trip through Pick Your Trails and overall had a really good experience. The planning and customization process was smooth, and we felt very comfortable throughout. There were a couple of minor issues from the local ground team in Vietnam, like missing timely updates and the Ho chi min guide not being very engaging (though he explained things well). However, the Pick Your Trails team was always responsive whenever we needed help. Special mention to Rajalakshmi, who kept checking on us throughout the trip she genuinely felt like a friend who cared. Mentioning the small drawbacks only for improvement, because overall their service was excellent. Highly recommended!
