It is my first international trip planned with Pickyourtrail and I must say that all the pre trip planning was done very systematically!!! Best decision I made for our family trip to Singapore was choosing 'Pick Your Trail' ! From the very initial phone call until the return, everything is very detailed and explained and they customise the trip to suit our needs. We travelled with a 4 year old child and my mother aged 65+ and had absolutely had no stress during the trip. All was well planned and most importantly very well informed, starting from booking the trip, visa processing, airport pick up and drop, transportation to different activities, and the activities itself. Their app is one destination for all out needs! Live chat support and WhatsApp chat works excellently. There is instant reply to our chat on both places. Very impressive! I recently used PickYourTrail to plan my trip to Singapore, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. The trio of Dheeraj, Chitranshu and Pradeep were helpful from starting the planning to Visa applications to operational support. Dheeraj provided everything I needed to create a memorable itinerary. Was provided with the flexibility to choose specific attractions, activities and accommodation based on my budget. Was delighted by the level customisation, tailored recommendations based on me and my families interests ensuring that my itinerary was perfect. Chitranshu was supportive in making the visa application process seamless and we were able to get the Visas at a short notice. One thing that can be suggested is that they check with the hotel in how can the breakfast spread be improved in particular for the vegetarians. Overall, PickYouTrail was above my expectations, providing a hasle-free and enjoyable travel planning and experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking to plan their next trip.
