My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. This is the future of how people travel where you can customize each and every part of your itinerary the way you want.

My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. Very clean, seamless and hassle-free, just as they promised. Kudos to Prathana and Hari Krishna for helping me plan it out quickly within a couple of days and ensuring i got the best possible pricing! And I really appreciate the on support team who helped out with any and every query I had, even last minute wheelchair support at the airport! It felt like I was travelling to a known country- that's the assurance they gave me. And a special thanks to Divya Darshini from on trip, who stayed on chat through the trip, checking in daily to ensure everything is fine and that we are enjoying. Very approachable and it was like having a friend back home who was backing you up. Deeply appreciate the land support and operation team as well for exceptional efforts to make it a stress free vacation!
