My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. This is the future of how people travel where you can customize each and every part of your itinerary the way you want.

My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. We booked our Vietnam trip through Pick Your Trails and overall had a really good experience. The planning and customization process was smooth, and we felt very comfortable throughout. There were a couple of minor issues from the local ground team in Vietnam, like missing timely updates and the Ho chi min guide not being very engaging (though he explained things well). However, the Pick Your Trails team was always responsive whenever we needed help. Special mention to Rajalakshmi, who kept checking on us throughout the trip she genuinely felt like a friend who cared. Mentioning the small drawbacks only for improvement, because overall their service was excellent. Highly recommended!
