We went on a 15 day long trip to Germany and Austria with pickyourtrail, and absolutely loved our experience! Right from designing the itinerary to the follow up after the trip everything went smooth! Yes, we had a few hiccups during the process, which is common to any travel agency, but we had a peace of mind irrespective, because we had 100% trust that pickyourtrail will do everything in their reach to make our experience as enjoyable as possible! Imagine youve always thought of your dream holiday and then it happens almost magically. Thats how we felt as a family after booking our Bangkok and Hua Hin trip with Pickyourtrails. Right from the very first interaction, the team, especially Bhavna, was on the ball, happily accommodating our changes to the itinerary. Once we booked our holiday, we were briefed on every small aspect by Revanth who continued to be in touch even when we were in Thailand, checking daily whether we were satisfied with the arrangements. And satisfied we were, for sure. Right from the pick-ups and drops to the superb arrangements for the river cruise dinner, we were left spellbound.
