Our Vietnam trip with Pick Your Trail was an absolutely fantastic experience, right from the very first conversation till the last day of our trip! What stood out the most was how amazingly the entire trip was planned and how well the team accommodated our customizations and requests. The itinerary felt thoughtfully designed around our preferences, and the flexibility offered by the team made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. A special mention to the wonderful team who made this experience so seamless: Lakshana was the first person who helped us with the itinerary planning and costing. She understood our requirements really well, suggested the right options, and accommodated our requests to the fullest. Her guidance gave us a lot of confidence right from the beginning. Sudharshana then took over and handled the trip planning, vouchers, visa-related coordination, and all the pre-trip arrangements seamlessly. Everything was organized properly, and we never had to worry about the logistics. During the trip, Kai from the ground team was exceptionally helpful. He was always there whenever we needed assistance and made sure everything on the ground went smoothly. His support genuinely made a difference to our experience. Hareesh also deserves a special mention for continuously checking in with us throughout the trip. It was great to know that someone from the team was always keeping track of our experience and making sure everything was going well.
