Our Hong Kong trip was an amazing experience, and PickYourTrail played a great role in making the journey smooth and hassle-free. We had partially planned our trip through them, including our cab arrangements, Macau private tour, and on-trip support. The cab arrangements were excellent. The cars were neat and clean, the drivers were punctual and professional, and the chauffeurs were very courteous. Since language can sometimes be a barrier while travelling, having English-speaking drivers was a huge plus and made the transfers much more comfortable. What I particularly appreciated was their support system. Throughout the trip, whenever I had a question or needed any information, the team was responsive and helpful. It gave us a sense of reassurance that someone was available to assist us whenever needed. The Macau private tour arranged by PickYourTrail was another highlight. Our driver was English-speaking and very accommodating. I had suggested a few changes to the itinerary, and the team incorporated them well and planned the tour accordingly. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and well organised. Overall, Im very happy with my experience with PickYourTrail. Their attention to detail, reliable transportation, responsive support, and flexibility made our Hong Kong and Macau experience much more enjoyable. The le aux Cerfs Island tour was the highlightdoing the Sea Walk was an unforgettable experience, and the Catamaran cruise made the day truly memorable.
