I had an amazing 6-day trip to Thailand organized by Pickyourtrail! Everything was perfectly planned, from smooth transfers to well-curated experiences. 5/5 Pickyourtrail made our Singapore trip absolutely flawless We travelled to Singapore from January 26 to January 31, 2026, to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and I can say without any hesitation that Pickyourtrail delivered a truly perfect experience start to finish. From the very first phone call, the professionalism was evident. There was no confusion, no vague promises, and no chasing. Every question we had was answered with clarity and warmth. The visa guidance was thorough and straightforward, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders well before we even packed our bags. The itinerary they put together was thoughtfully curated well-paced, age-appropriate, and genuinely exciting. It did not feel like a generic template. Had a wonderful holiday in Australia (Perth and Adelaide) thanks to the customised meticulous arrangements by pickyourtrail team right from travel in Australia, air tickets, activity suggestions and arrangements and hotel booking. Balabharathi was always in touch throughout the 9 day period making sure all minor issues were sorted out and sending reminders of the next day's shchedule. Even when one activity was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, the team quickly acted on my suggestion and made sure the activity took place. The high level of committment and professionalism by Balabharathi and the pyt team is indeed commendable. Recommend them for all holidays, domestic and international.
