vietname is one of the beautiful pace in natura and green every where also more cleaner then India no polution nice weather you dont really spend too much.

We had a wonderful holiday with Pickyourtrails. The ground staff ( Selvi, Ricker , Nicha and Nisha) were always supporting and periodically updating us. Our driver and guide Tee and Marc were super helpful. Arundhati from India kept checking in on us, making us feel special

We travelled with family ( wife+ 5 yr old son) to phuket (4 days) and bangkok (3 days). The ground team there in phuket and bangkok did a commendable job, they planned the timings very well and the type of car which suits for each of my activity and commute. They were available 24*7 both in whatsapp and PYT app. We had no issues anywhere in the trip everything was planned very well and the cab's waited well ahead of time. Now coming to the negative part : The sales team here in India was not clear with their proposed itinerary. There was always confusions with whatever they said. So, its better you plan the itinerary yourself clearly and then go to them, since they weren't much helpful in the planning part overall.

Overall experience was good. The local driver was very very good. The PYT people in India were slightly slioed and like a call centre but I guess that culture comes with the scale of operation
