We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. They were very helpful in planning the destination and suggested some changes for the good. Igni, srivatsan, loni all were very enthusiastic in responding to any of our queries! Overall good experience.

Great Experience with PYT. Went on a family trip to Bali. The execution and service were just perfect. All 15 of us had a lovely trip. They helped us through each and every step while planning the itinerary. Special thanks to Harikrishna and Athul for helping through out.

Good package put together for our trip to the UK. PYT folks we dealt were always very helpful and open to accomodating our requests from the right initial planning stage (though, after there was a considerable period of radio silence after our travel arrangements had been made till just a few days before we started our vacation. It would have been great if the team would have generally kept in touch). The experience packages were all great! My only minor grouse was that the price of admission for some of the attractions were not covered - we had to pay the price of admission for Windsor and Stirling Castle. The one disappointment was a bizzare experience at the hotel that we were booked into in London - the Hilton Metropole. The floor of our room was clearly not frequently used - the mouldy smell from the carpets was not the worst of it - we found a rat in our room one night! The hotel staff did move us to another room within 15 mins, but this level of negligence towards floor / room upkeep is shocking. Thankfully, our next hotel (the Novotel in Glasgow) was up to our expectations. Overall, the PYT team we worked with - Arya, Rinchen, Rohit and Somi did a great job and we'd recommend PYT to anyone.

Planned our Maldives trip with Pickyourtrail and very satisfied with awesome support provided by the entire crew from booking till completion of the trip. Had recently booked a private tour for vietnam for my family. It was a an excellent experience right from the discussion stage of the iternary customisation to arrangements made. The staff was very polite professional and accommodating. The choice of properties as per budget was very good. The support staff was very prompt in their response for any queries that we had resolving issues that arose during the trip The choice of cars and service provided were excellent and the guides very professional. Overall a very good experience.
