Our Hong Kong trip was an amazing experience, and PickYourTrail played a great role in making the journey smooth and hassle-free. We had partially planned our trip through them, including our cab arrangements, Macau private tour, and on-trip support. The cab arrangements were excellent. The cars were neat and clean, the drivers were punctual and professional, and the chauffeurs were very courteous. Since language can sometimes be a barrier while travelling, having English-speaking drivers was a huge plus and made the transfers much more comfortable. What I particularly appreciated was their support system. Throughout the trip, whenever I had a question or needed any information, the team was responsive and helpful. It gave us a sense of reassurance that someone was available to assist us whenever needed. The Macau private tour arranged by PickYourTrail was another highlight. Our driver was English-speaking and very accommodating. I had suggested a few changes to the itinerary, and the team incorporated them well and planned the tour accordingly. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and well organised. Overall, Im very happy with my experience with PickYourTrail. Their attention to detail, reliable transportation, responsive support, and flexibility made our Hong Kong and Macau experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely consider using them again for our future travels.

We had a wonderful trip to Mauritius arranged by Pick Your Travel Agent. The le aux Cerfs Island tour was the highlightdoing the Sea Walk was an unforgettable experience, and the Catamaran cruise made the day truly memorable. The South and North Island tours were also excellent, with everything well-organized and enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and delightful journey.

You chose the destinations, and they did not provide a cost breakdown. Here is the corrected review: PickYourTrail helped us choose hotels across our destinations and sent timely reminders. The car pickups and local tour providers were generally on time, which helped the trip run smoothly. The support during the holiday was less satisfactory. Too many people were coordinating with me, and I was repeatedly asked for updates that the team could have shared internally. It felt intrusive when I was trying to enjoy my holiday. One dedicated point of contact would have made communication much easier. When a typhoon affected our time in Japan, I did not receive a timely or helpful response. I also felt the hotels should have been checked more carefully: some looked good in photos but were not comfortable places to stay. Finally, I was not given a clear breakdown of costs. That would have helped me understand the choices and decide where the trip could have been more cost effective. The timely arrangements were appreciated, but the hotel recommendations, cost transparency and support during the trip need improvement.

Me and my husband had an amazing trip in Australia in September 2026. Pick your trail booked all hotels and activities and even made sure the visa application procedure was smooth. The hotels we stayed at were right in the centre of the city (Sydney and Melbourne) from where we could access all the public transportation and even the pick up spots for all the activities were nearby. One activity provider cancelled the activity at the last moment and PYT team booked the same activity from another activity provider on the spot as per our convenience. I would definitely recommend booking your trips through PYT for comfort and convenience at a reasonable cost.

Pickyourtrail was the best choice for our first trip outside the country, couldn't have asked for a smoother and wonderful experience. Special upfront mention to Suresh, who was our guide and companion throughout the trip. His energy, patience and enthusiasm really made the trip special. No words can describe the beauty of Sri Lanka. It was the perfect mix of the best parts of nature. Right from Kandy upto Nuwara Eliya and Bentota and all the way back to Colombo airport, it was breathtaking and the rain was the perfect addition for our trip highlighting the stay locations perfectly. If there are two things that I felt weren't the best parts of the trip, they were the travel distance and cost of living in Sri Lanka. So maybe the itinerary planning can be better and a definitely important heads-up to be given on the cost of everything there. Therefore a package trip seemed like a blessing in disguise. On a rating level, 2 of the three stays were amazing and the third in Bentota passes just due to its sheer beauty. Service can be a bit better there. Vegetarian Food was a challenge but we managed to make the best of the trip and mode of transport was a Hybrid EV which was perfect. So overall a wonderful experience with a little better planning and trip and have already recommended to a couple of friends.
