Our itinerary is planned by Ms. Meghna Maram, throughout the trip she guided us really well & all the ground staff also helped with all the questions that we had! Ashish Bhandari is helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. He customised our travel itinerary keeping in mind my toddler. He answered our queries and cleared doubts at odd hours. Thankful to him forever for knitting a wonderful trip with great memories.\n\nDuring our trip to Singapore and Malaysia, Singapore PYT support team were proactive and helpful. Thanks ?? and Kudos to them !!\nIn Malaysia trip we did not face any issues however Malaysian PYT Support team did not have a single POC or WhatsApp group to discuss schedules or queries and it made me anxious as trip progressed. No issues during Malaysian trip as I said earlier however I was anxious as I did not get same experience as Singapore Support team

The trio of Dheeraj, Chitranshu and Pradeep were helpful from starting the planning to Visa applications to operational support.\nDheeraj provided everything I needed to create a memorable itinerary. Was provided with the flexibility to choose specific attractions, activities and accommodation based on my budget. Was delighted by the level customisation, tailored recommendations based on me and my families interests ensuring that my itinerary was perfect.\nChitranshu was supportive in making the visa application process seamless and we were able to get the Visas at a short notice.\n\nOne thing that can be suggested is that they check with the hotel in how can the breakfast spread be improved in particular for the vegetarians.\n\nOverall, PickYouTrail was above my expectations, providing a hasle-free and enjoyable travel planning and experience.\n\nI would recommend it to anyone looking to plan their next trip.
