Had a wonderful trip of 11 nights and 12 days to Iceland and Norway that completely customised according to our interest in both places and activities by Pickyourtrail. Ms. Somi Singh has curated the itinerary with full understanding of my requirement. Explained all the queries during the finalisation of itinerary from our side, which translated to the completely sorted and hassle free experience during the tour. All the hotels booked were walkable distance from both the individual countries tour activities meeting point, which was super easy for us to navigate. On tour support of Pickyourtrail through the app support was very good with instant replies, which has made us never fell like disconnected or isolated in the foreign country. On tour in two instances the planned tour activity was planned by tour operators were cancelled, both times Pickyourtrail app support has conveyed effective communication and after consideration of our interests the alternative tours arranged, one was even higher price from the previously booked. I would like to thank Ms Selina Prathipaa.S, Ms Tanya, Mr. Arabindan, Ms. Vaishnavi P and Ms. Janani. In the last, The price that quoted by Pickyourtrail was decent and value for money compared to the other travel agents provided for our iceland and norway trip
