The whole trip was very nicely managed but Pickyourtrail, all the hotels, visa assistance and bookings were done timely and nicely as per my trip. Its just one day i my Mt Fuji trip was cancelled from the service provider and Pickyourtrail didnt have any resolution/connection with the service provider which ruined the plan for whole day and i had to book for that day from my pocket even though that day was already booked and i paid for that day trip already. It was not Pickyourtrails mistake but I think it could have been handled well, they could have contacted the service provider for alternative but i was told to do something else just because i came just 2-3 minutes before the departure time of the bus for the day trip. Apart from that, everything else was managed nicely by Harshil, Jishnu and Chandramouli. Thankyou for your support throughout the trip. :)

We recently visited Danang and Hanoi, and I must say, choosing Pickyourtrail was one of the best decisions we made for this trip. Right from the airport pickup to the final drop, everything was handled so smoothly that we could completely relax and enjoy our vacation. Initially, we were quite confused about managing the itinerary, local travel, and coordination in a new countrybut the team took care of every detail flawlessly. The hotels arranged were clean, comfortable, and well-located. The transferswhether by bus or vanwere always on time, and the guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was how effortless the entire journey felt. Honestly, even if we had planned this trip on our own, it wouldnt have been this seamless or well-organized. Thank you, Pickyourtrail, for giving us such a memorable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to travel stress-free!
