We have recently visited Thailand (Bangkok) for 4 days with my family. I had booked my package via Pickyourtrail and they excellently planned and executed the trip smoothly. The way they planned the itinerary and open and flexible to all the corrections to the initial plan and curated as we required and wanted. Once everything is finalized, we had all set and things to pack, to remember everything was informed by team and made us ready and fully setup for the trip. Once we landed in Bangkok, the ground team from PYT was fully responsible and everything was organised perfectly and importantly on-time. Every pickup , every sight seeing was curately planned and smoothly executed. Every pickup and drop and vehicle was properly arranged and they kept track of us everywhere. The important thing to be noted is the transparency with the process and the potential and flexibility to accept and accommodate the last-minute plans as well. Thanks to the team and especially Mr. Chandramouli. He has been in touch with us throughout the trip and constantly checking with us the quality and safety of the things organised. Well-organized Vietnam tour with great service We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. One suggestion for improvement , when we travelled from Hanoi to Da nag the flight time and hotel check in time has a gap of 5 hours. Next time please plan the flight and hotel check in time correctly. So your customer will not suffer during the trip. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for organizing such a memorable and enjoyable trip. I would be happy to recommend your services to others.

The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, airport transfers were seamless, and all the activities were well organized. Their support team was responsive whenever we needed assistance, making the trip smooth and stress-free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hotel provided in Ho Chi Minh City didn't meet our expectations. Compared to the other hotels during our trip, it felt below the standard we were expecting and could definitely have been better. Apart from that, everything else was well managed, and we had an amazing time exploring Vietnam. I would happily recommend PickYourTrail to anyone looking for a well-planned international vacation and would consider booking with them again.

The check-in experience could have been more welcoming, as the staff's attitude felt less courteous than at the other hotels.
