Incredible 10 day Australia itinerary for the Family travellers

Pickyourtrail was the best thing that happened to us this year.. it was such a pleasure to have them coordinate our tour to Australia..Being frequent travellers, myself and my family had a hussle free vacation.. Even though it was a last minute plan from our end, they made sure everything was ready for us, from beginning till the last day of our tour. Their team did a splendid job indeed.. We loved Srishty a lot.. She made sure we were on board with them from the 1st call, and coordinated throughout.. She was very easy to approach and responded so promptly always.. Srishty is an asset to your team.. Special thanks to Chandramouli and Gaurav who supported us throughout. When we were in Australia, they followed up so closely, we didnt have to fret even once..As for the trip, it was beautifully customised and we were able to enjoy everything.. We loved the leisure time we got, due to their well organised tour plan.. Thanks for the ideal vacation..Looking forward for more such vacations guys..

Had a super awesome trip to Australia, all planned and booked through Pickyourtrail. The 11 days was an unforgettable experience for us, made possible by the great peeps at PYT. The visa process and overall booking experience was hassle free and super easy. Would recommend PYT to anyone wishing to have a great experience. Suggestion for improvement: The app suggested some good tips like the different plug point in Australia that helped us prepare for it. Wouldve been great if the app suggested a low exchange rate credit card for use internationally.

The airlines chosen was one of the best. The hotel stay at Sheraton Melbourne and Ibis Sydney were a great experience. All the tour guides / operators provided for day tours were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All the pickups and drops to and fro from the airport were dot on time. Overall an awesome experience with PYT. Special mention of Aadhil, Manoj and Rinchen who have made this happen for us. Keep up the good work and we hope to book more memories through you in the future.

I strongly recommend booking holidays through Pickyourtrail. They planned the trip exactly as per our requirements, were always available for any visa queries and booking appointments in case we faced issues and while we were on vacation the support team was always available for help. They were proactive in offering help and prompt in providing support. Great team indeed! I don't think I will ever look for an alternative to them. Keep up the brilliant work team Pickyourtrail! Had a 10 day trip to Australia. 1. During the entire trip, the support (particularly Gaurav from Customer Experience) was always just a ping away. They resolved every query within a few minutes and I never felt left out or stranded during the entire trip. 2. All my questions before the trip was answered and the team was proactively calling me up to know if i have any questions about the activities or the plan in general. 3. The hotels booked were in perfect locations and had access to public transport and food. Everything was at walkable distance and made my spontaneous planning a breeze. 4. The Cairns river tubing provider was AWESOME and gave us a real good experience. Overall, pickyourtrail is my pick for any trip :)

Had a wonderful holiday in Australia (Perth and Adelaide) thanks to the customised meticulous arrangements by pickyourtrail team right from travel in Australia, air tickets, activity suggestions and arrangements and hotel booking. Balabharathi was always in touch throughout the 9 day period making sure all minor issues were sorted out and sending reminders of the next day's shchedule. Even when one activity was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, the team quickly acted on my suggestion and made sure the activity took place. The high level of committment and professionalism by Balabharathi and the pyt team is indeed commendable. Recommend them for all holidays, domestic and international.

Feedback for Pickyourtrail (8/10): Pros: The service was truly impeccableby far the best I have experienced in the travel industry. The speed of response from Chandana was phenomenal, and I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. The tailor-made itinerary from Evans was perfectly suited to our needs. A standout feature was the 24*7 supportyou could text them anytime during the trip with any doubt, and they were always quick to respond. Cons: The hotel in Melbourne, while having a good room, lacked housekeeping, which was a bit of a drawback. Additionally, more guidance on the nightlife in Australia would have been helpful, especially noting that most places close around 5-6 PM. Some insights into the actual city vibes would have enhanced the experience. Another issue was with the Boxing Day Test match. We were promised Day 1 tickets, but they got sold out, and we had to settle for Day 2 tickets instead, which was a bit of compromise. Overall, a great trip organized with top-notch service, and I look forward to planning future vacations with Pickyourtrail!
