We went on a 15 day long trip to Germany and Austria with pickyourtrail, and absolutely loved our experience! Right from designing the itinerary to the follow up after the trip everything went smooth! Yes, we had a few hiccups during the process, which is common to any travel agency, but we had a peace of mind irrespective, because we had 100% trust that pickyourtrail will do everything in their reach to make our experience as enjoyable as possible! We recently completed a 7-day trip booked for thailand through PickYourTrail, and overall it was a great experience. The itinerary was well planned, hotels were comfortable, and airport transfers were smooth. Their support team was responsive whenever we had questions. The trip was mostly hassle-free and enjoyable.
