Language and Internet access being issues in China, telegram app and the team were pretty helpful. Their approach was very personal. . . Talking to people instead of 'sales reps', no call centre ivr, no follow up needed from our side for anything. . . we were pleased everything worked out so well. We had a great time in China. The entire process of planning, booking and support during our trip was quite smooth. Language and Internet access being issues in China, telegram app and the team were pretty helpful. Their approach was very personal. . . I booked a trip to Phu Quoc , the trip was well organised and I had help throughout the trip. Overall a very good experience, expensive but seemed fair for the price

Had a wonderful holiday in Australia (Perth and Adelaide) thanks to the customised meticulous arrangements by pickyourtrail team right from travel in Australia, air tickets, activity suggestions and arrangements and hotel booking. Balabharathi was always in touch throughout the 9 day period making sure all minor issues were sorted out and sending reminders of the next day's shchedule. Even when one activity was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, the team quickly acted on my suggestion and made sure the activity took place. The high level of committment and professionalism by Balabharathi and the pyt team is indeed commendable. Recommend them for all holidays, domestic and international.
