We had a great time in China. The entire process of planning, booking and support during our trip was quite smooth. Language and Internet access being issues in China, telegram app and the team were pretty helpful. Their approach was very personal. . . Talking to people instead of 'sales reps', no call centre ivr, no follow up needed from our side for anything. . . we were pleased everything worked out so well. Everything was arranged perfectly during my vacation to Maldives by Pickyourtrail from pick up at the airport to drop at the island. Food was great, stay at the beach and over water villa was amazing. The staff were very courteous and the support team at Pickyourtrail kept checking with us if everything was good. The response from them was instant as well. In short a very well arranged holiday. The resort representative who was supposed to be available holding the placard was not there when we arrived at Maldives and we had to do a bit of searching in order to find him. If this can be fixed, it will be great. Else the experience was top notch. Keep up the good work and keep arranging such sooper hit holidays!!
