Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. This is my 3rd international trip with PYT and it was to Bali. It was really hassle free and good as well. Driver iwan was very helpful and mahalakshmi also coordinated well throughout. Thanks for the gift hamper as well.
