My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. This is the future of how people travel where you can customize each and every part of your itinerary the way you want.

My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. If you are looking for trustable and affordable yet premium partner, pick your trail is best. I have done few market research on travel partners like MMT, easy my trip, GT holidays etc.. By comparing all pick your trail is best in service, support and package as well. Because message to reply turn around time is very important, how quickly you reply to questions that matters a lot for during a trip, If there is an emergency, when we approach them they should attend your issue in that pick your trail is the best. The team is having a patience to listen your all tiny questions and answer all of them well, which convinced me to go with their package I went dubai with their package as family trip 5 ppl. Every process is supportive and hassle free. 24/7quick support is very useful when you are in trip, because you took family out of country, you have lot many question in mind, everything solved over chat support I have 1 issue with them during travel which was sorted well. We had an absolutely wonderful experience planning our Maldives trip with Sabari from Pick Your Trail. With barely 2 days left before check-in, he managed to plan everything for us in just about 6 hours from resort shortlisting and villa selection to flights and all-inclusive packages. What really stood out was how polite, honest, and patient he was throughout the process. He understood exactly what we wanted, gave transparent suggestions, and never pushed unnecessary upgrades. The entire process felt smooth, and incredibly efficient, which made last-minute planning surprisingly easy. Thanks to pick your trail, we had a seamless and memorable holiday without any worries. Well this was the very first time that we booked our holiday package with pickyourtrail and that too for an international trip to Dubai. I was quite apprehensive as didnot have any prior experience with pickyourtrail. I was just hoping that everything on the holiday goes well without any issues or difficulty. Had little bit miscommunication during the phase 2 of the holiday booking with the representative and was disappointed. But as soon as the holiday started we dint find one reason to call or reach out to pickyourtrail and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our Holiday. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. Perfect time coordination, no wait, no follow - ups, comfortable hotel stay, smooth and punctual travels, very good shuttles. Itenary was also planned carefully by giving required resting period when there were full day tours. All the necessary documents to be carried were given prior information of. Visa process was smooth.We really had a very good experience with pickyourtrail and would highly recommend it to others.
