It was indeed a wonderful and unique experience. The team from pick your trail were very professional and the 24/7 support chat during the tour window was really helpful and the responses were fast and clear. The next day schedule pops up inbthe chat the previous day evening. Overall we enjoyed our swiss and paris trip.

Not that the itinerary prepared by pick your trail was not good, but it was the whole app interface and the support during the trip that makes them apart. I booked France trip from their app and boy i was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
