I had a very good experience in Dubai trip, which was planned with the help of venkatkrishna from pickyourtrail. Pickyourtrail had organised almost everything, including hotels, flights and activities.We never faced any issue or something like that, and it was a hassle free experience. I liked the service of venkatkrishna, who was available to take calls even at 11 pm and While clearing the doubts about the trip, he never sounded exhausted and gave the best alternative solution. Overall the experience was very good, and the mobile application is also great, where I was able to contact the support team 24*7

What a hassle free experience of Dubai with PYT. Starting from enquiry and booking, Gassan Tariq took care of everything. He understood our requirements and created the itinerary accordingly. We had a lot of questions and customization to be made in our itinerary and he did it without any hesitation. Gowri took care of our seamless Visa processing and final bookings of the activities. Everything was well planned and completed in a timely manner. Nandhini took care of operation and co ordination with Dubai team. Overall it was a great experience.

Desert Safari A Mixed Experience While the desert safari had the potential to be memorable, our experience was unfortunately marred by the conduct of our assigned driver, Mr. Salman. His impatience and dismissive attitudeespecially when he insisted we skip the dinner and dropped us off at the roadside instead of the hotel lobbywere disappointing and unprofessional. We hope the tour partner addresses this to maintain the high standard of service otherwise evident throughout the trip. Post-Trip Follow-Up We greatly appreciate the proactive follow-up from the PYT team after our return.
