This enchanting city is not just a destination; it's an experience that beautifully intertwines history, culture, and breathtaking scenery. From walking along the cobblestone streets of Gamla Stan to sailing across the serene waters of the archipelago, every moment promises a new adventure waiting to unfold.

Highlights of the Destination

  • Discover the treasures of Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s oldest neighborhood, rich with medieval history and charming cafes.
  • Explore the Vasa Museum, home to the world’s only preserved 17th-century warship, which sank on its maiden voyage.
  • Experience the majestic Royal Palace, one of Europe’s largest, and delve into Swedish royal history.
  • Take a scenic boat tour of the Stockholm archipelago; with around 30,000 islands, each offers unique beauty and local life.

Travel Tips for Stockholm

  • Invest in a Stockholm Pass for complete access to museums and ferry services; it saves time and money.
  • Utilize the extensive public transport system—buses, trams, and the metro make getting around effortless.
  • Enjoy a traditional Swedish fika; this delightful coffee and pastry break is an integral part of the local culture.
  • Don't miss local markets, like Östermalm Market, where you can savor authentic Swedish delicacies and shop for unique souvenirs.

8.5 We liked : 1. Well organised trip with absolute no stress during Travel. 2. Time to Time pickup and drop, additionally drivers were pretty good and of welcoming nature. 3. Food and service were really tasty in both the Hotels. 4. All pre-visit information and requested modifications were delivered amazingly. Improvement : 1. hotel room details (backside room, no good view from window, and missing gallery) 2. Swimming pool not present in IBIS hotel. (Same missing view/gallery) 3. Better cruise experience expected, food was bland and no open-upper deck. (We saw a few cruises there with an open upper deck) Improvements are just suggestions and not complaints.
