She kept us informed about all the necessary things to do before traveling and provided a detailed itinerary, which made the entire journey stress-free. The team was always available to answer our queries, no matter the time. All the pickups and drop-offs in Thailand were very smooth and perfectly on time, which made traveling between places extremely comfortable. Since we were traveling with a toddler, PickYourTrail thoughtfully arranged a kid-friendly itinerary based on our preferences, which we really appreciated. The rooms selected were budget-friendly yet truly value for money, comfortable and well-chosen.
