Chose Pickyourtrail for our trip to Thailand with friends. We are now happy to have made that choice. Starting from Planning the itinerary, booking accommodation, flights, local transfers everything was meticulously taken care by pickyourtrail team. We had to deal with flight cancellation at the last moment, the team was there to sort it out. The co-ordinaton while in Thailand with the local team was exceptional. From the moment I boarded the flight from Bangalore, everything was planned to perfection. Smooth transitions, friendly and safe drivers, excellent hotels, and delicious food made this one of the best travel experiences Ive ever had. What truly sets them apart is their incredible on-trip support. Whether it was handling quick timing changes, guiding me on temple dress codes, or effortlessly sorting out my return entry forms to India, they had my back 24/7. We recently booked our 6-night Thailand trip with Pickyourtrail (2 nights in Phuket, 2 nights in Pattaya, and 2 nights in Bangkok), and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was well planned and perfectly suited what we were looking fora relaxed, hassle-free holiday. The transfers and logistics were smooth, and the on-ground support team was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made the trip stress-free. The hotels were in prime locations and offered easy access to the city's main attractions. While they were convenient, we felt there could have been slightly better options in terms of overall quality and comfort. Overall, we had a memorable vacation, and Pickyourtrail delivered a well-organized trip that met our expectations. We'd definitely consider them again for future holidays.
