Had a 10 day trip to Australia. 1. During the entire trip, the support (particularly Gaurav from Customer Experience) was always just a ping away. They resolved every query within a few minutes and I never felt left out or stranded during the entire trip. 2. All my questions before the trip was answered and the team was proactively calling me up to know if i have any questions about the activities or the plan in general. 3. The hotels booked were in perfect locations and had access to public transport and food. Everything was at walkable distance and made my spontaneous planning a breeze. 4. The Cairns river tubing provider was AWESOME and gave us a real good experience. Overall, pickyourtrail is my pick for any trip :)vallish kumaraswami, Trip to Australia

Uluru Adventure Itinerary: 2 Nights 3 Days

Immerse yourself in a breathtaking 2-night, 3-day adventure at Uluru, the heart of Australia’s Red Centre. Here, the majestic sandstone monolith rises from the red desert floor, embodying indigenous heritage and natural beauty. Whether you're witnessing the sunrise casting a golden hue over Uluru or exploring the boundless outback landscapes, every moment holds the promise of awe and inspiration.

Highlights of the Destination

  • Sunrise Viewing over Uluru: Kick-start your adventure with a magical morning, watching the sun rise above the sacred rock, illuminating its contours in brilliant shades.
  • Mutitjulu Waterhole: Stroll along the Kuniya Walk to this tranquil oasis, where you can listen to storied Aboriginal legends as you absorb the serene beauty.
  • Helicopter Flight Experience: For a truly unforgettable perspective, take to the skies. Soaring above Uluru offers sweeping views of the stunning desert landscape.
  • Stargazing Under Amazing Skies: At night, escape into the cosmos with a guided astronomy tour that unveils the secrets of the southern hemisphere's night sky.

Travel Tips for Uluru

  • National Park Entry: Don't forget to purchase your entry ticket at the park gates—it’s essential for accessing all attractions within Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
  • Best Time to Visit: The cooler months from April to September are ideal for visiting, as temperatures are milder, making outdoor activities more enjoyable.
  • Stay Hydrated: The desert climate can be unforgiving. Carry plenty of water, especially while exploring the trails around Uluru.
  • Respect Aboriginal Culture: Always be conscious of cultural sensitivities; Uluru is a sacred site for the Anangu people, and it's important to honor their customs and requests.

Conclusion

Your journey through Uluru's rich history and picturesque landscapes is more than just a trip; it’s a profound experience that connects you with nature, culture, and the spirit of Australia. As you venture through this iconic land, you'll carry home not just memories, but a deeper understanding of the essence that makes Uluru truly special.

Had a wonderful holiday in Australia (Perth and Adelaide) thanks to the customised meticulous arrangements by pickyourtrail team right from travel in Australia, air tickets, activity suggestions and arrangements and hotel booking. Balabharathi was always in touch throughout the 9 day period making sure all minor issues were sorted out and sending reminders of the next day's shchedule. Even when one activity was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, the team quickly acted on my suggestion and made sure the activity took place. The high level of committment and professionalism by Balabharathi and the pyt team is indeed commendable. Recommend them for all holidays, domestic and international.

My experience with PYT was great. The Visa team(Afrose) answered all my queries and provided proper assistance in getting me the AU visa. There were few misunderstandings with the PYT sales team but SriRaman (account owner) helped clear up all my concerns. On one occasion when one of the internal flights got cancelled as the airlines went under and I wasnt aware of the cancellation, he took initiative in getting me tickets on another airline even though it was a holiday for him. The support team followed up with me regularly during the trip to see if I needed any assistance. Overall, it was a good trip and I enjoyed it.

Feedback for Pickyourtrail (8/10): Pros: The service was truly impeccableby far the best I have experienced in the travel industry. The speed of response from Chandana was phenomenal, and I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. The tailor-made itinerary from Evans was perfectly suited to our needs. A standout feature was the 24*7 supportyou could text them anytime during the trip with any doubt, and they were always quick to respond. Cons: The hotel in Melbourne, while having a good room, lacked housekeeping, which was a bit of a drawback. Additionally, more guidance on the nightlife in Australia would have been helpful, especially noting that most places close around 5-6 PM. Some insights into the actual city vibes would have enhanced the experience. Another issue was with the Boxing Day Test match. We were promised Day 1 tickets, but they got sold out, and we had to settle for Day 2 tickets instead, which was a bit of compromise. Overall, a great trip organized with top-notch service, and I look forward to planning future vacations with Pickyourtrail!
