We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. They were very helpful in planning the destination and suggested some changes for the good. Igni, srivatsan, loni all were very enthusiastic in responding to any of our queries! We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. They were very helpful in planning the destination and suggested some changes for the good. Igni, srivatsan, loni all were very enthusiastic in responding to any of our queries! Overall good experience.

Very clean, seamless and hassle-free, just as they promised. Kudos to Prathana and Hari Krishna for helping me plan it out quickly within a couple of days and ensuring i got the best possible pricing! And I really appreciate the on support team who helped out with any and every query I had, even last minute wheelchair support at the airport! It felt like I was travelling to a known country- that's the assurance they gave me. And a special thanks to Divya Darshini from on trip, who stayed on chat through the trip, checking in daily to ensure everything is fine and that we are enjoying. Very approachable and it was like having a friend back home who was backing you up. Deeply appreciate the land support and operation team as well for exceptional efforts to make it a stress free vacation!
