We had a trip planned by them to Paris,France and Lucerne, Switzerland for 6 days. The pre-trip support with itinerary, visa assistance and bookings were good, there was no issues or errors during this period. Then during the trip we were accurately communicated the steps to follow and ways to reach the destinations beforehand and their customer support service was available online via their app and had quick response. As this was the first time we had an agency plan our trip so can't compare to other platforms but pick your trails was good and there was no complaints from us.

It's a amazing experience and holidays at Swiss. We didn't feel any fear or danger any where going to a foreign country. Indeed a well planned holidays organized by Pickyour trails. Very happy to have availed the service of PYT for our Europe trip. We were well supported in our VISA processing. The logistics was planned well and we had all the necessary bookings and tickets with us. The instructions were very clear. At every point there was chat communication from the team, in india, netherlands, germany and switzerland. It helped us calm down in some of the tricky situations. A member called us to check on us and it made feel safe at all times. All the Hotels were very clean, cozy and very close to train and bus stations. Strongly recommend Pick your trail, for a stress free travel experience.

Only thing i would like to suggest that inclusion and exclusion should be notified through call at the time of booking. Not like 3 days before travel.
