We had a trip planned by them to Paris,France and Lucerne, Switzerland for 6 days. The pre-trip support with itinerary, visa assistance and bookings were good, there was no issues or errors during this period. Then during the trip we were accurately communicated the steps to follow and ways to reach the destinations beforehand and their customer support service was available online via their app and had quick response. As this was the first time we had an agency plan our trip so can't compare to other platforms but pick your trails was good and there was no complaints from us.

We used their service for a trip to Switzerland. They were really helpful in planning the itinerary and the bookings for the hotels and activities. There were a few points which can be improved like communication of the day's activities by taking into consideration the time difference between India and the place of visit, since we were getting notifications 2 days in advance sometimes. And other places like coordination between the hotel and us. These were some small issues, but overall good experience and will look to use their service again.

Recently booked my honeymoon trip to Switzerland with Pick your trail. When I searched for a travel package, they themselves contacted me and prepared the Itinerary according to our preferences. Mr.Evans was really helpful during this process. And they guided during the visa application process and made it real simple. Their assistance during the 6 days trip is really amazing. Whatever doubts I asked through their app, they responded immediately. But before the trip, the support chat section in the app was not at all working. I tried to ask doubts regarding money exchange and sim card usage in the chat section but the app was really useless at that time. They should really look into that. That was the only negative I can quote and because of that, we faced little troubles on the first day of our trip. Otherwise, this was a well guided, perfectly planned and a memorable honeymoon trip for us. Thank you very much for the support

Had a seamless travel experience across Switzerland, with hasslefree check-ins at various per-booked hotels, error-free activity vouchers, and the Swiss Travel Pass. Must commend Ms. Harshada Singh for being very patient in curating our itinerary as per our very specific requirements, since we had planned extensive travel on public transport and we needed to have hotels within walking distance from train / bus stops. Must also appreciate the pre-departure Google Meet elaborate briefing by Manoj, and further on-trip day to day support by Rahul. At each hotel check-in, we were told that PYT people had called a day before to ensure smooth settling in. Further, their messages for next day's planned itinerary along with additional information etc kept us well on-course. OVERALL, a great vacation well curated by PYT.

It's a amazing experience and holidays at Swiss. We didn't feel any fear or danger any where going to a foreign country. Indeed a well planned holidays organized by Pickyour trails. Everything was in details and all the staffs are so very kind and supportive. Especially the on support group when we were at Swiss. We certainly go many more trips through Pick Your tails.
