From planning the trip based on my preferences to providing 24/7 chat support and promptly calling for any issues, their service was exceptional. I would suggest close your eyes and you can book through Pick Your Trail. Special thanks to Neethu Rathi who helped me planning the trip even though I kept on delaying and was confused with location and asked for so many different places. Thanks to Sathya who kept on checking how was my trip if I need any assistance because my flight was delayed due to which my airport pick was missed but they ensured I am getting my refund for the amount which I paid for the cab services.

We went on a 8 day trip to Thailand with PYT and the trip plan was catered to our taste with great care. The customer service desk was available at a click of a button and always responsive. Any rescheduling was taken care of within minutes. Only improvement I can suggest is in Bangkok the quality of guide and the drivers was very average. The local service provider isn't very good and drivers cannot communicate in English at all. I would imagine in a metro like Bangkok the service could be better given that at small places it was much better in the same trip. Timings of pickup and drop were accurate but overall it wasn't as per the expectation set in other places, one of the pickup cars was even full of mosquitoes. The guide provided at emerald Buddha temple was very average and couldn't provide any more information than what was written on the boards, again English communication was a problem. So other than this Bangkok experience, everything was great! I recommend PYT and also would ask them to check their local service providers at some places.
