It was an amazing experience with Pickyourtrail for our trip to Thailand. It was our first foreign trip and their team was continuously in our touch 24/7. They took the entire responsibility from our departure from delhi to our arrival. However, there were some initial hiccups in clarifying the inclusions and exclusions of services with the sales team. A bit more transparency and streamlined communication in the early stages would have made the booking process smoother. Despite that, the execution was flawless, and the on-ground experience met my expectations. The support team was responsive, ensuring any concerns were addressed promptly.
