We recently went to Bali through Pickyourtrail and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Right from the first call to discuss the itinerary, everything was handled in a very friendly and professional way. They were patient with our questions and helped us plan quite well. Throughout the trip, they had provided support and would regularly check with you. Their ground team in Bali was equally warm and helpful, which made us feel really comfortable in a new place. From airport pickup to drop at the end of the trip, everything was perfectly organised. The hotels, activities, guides, speed boats all were well planned and coordinated. There was always one or two dedicated points of contact available during the trip, so we never felt stuck or confused at any point. Also, their selection of hotels, boat services and the local travel medium was really nice, safe and comfortable. We had personally picked a snorkelling activity in our itinerary at gili t and it was a beautiful experience thanks to the local guides and the boat that were assigned as a private support by pickyourtrail. It was a really nice memorable experience and I would definitely recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone looking for a well-supported travel partner.

Recently me and my husband returned from an amazing 8-day trip to Bali, planned through Pickyourtrail, and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience! It was a wonderful holiday filled with beautiful places, exciting activities, memorable experiences, and great hospitality. A special thanks to Balkrishna and Diwakar, who helped us finalise our itinerary. We had several preferences and requests, and they were extremely helpful, patient, and flexible in customising the itinerary exactly the way we wanted. They made sure we could cover the places and experiences we were looking forward to while making the overall trip comfortable and enjoyable. We explored some of Bali's most beautiful destinations, including Kintamani, Mount Batur, Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Ulun Danu Temple, Banyumala Waterfall, Nusa Dua, Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu Temple, Nusa Penida, Tanah Lot, and Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. The ATV ride and swing experience added an extra element of adventure and fun to our holiday. Every day brought something different and special! A very special mention to our local driver and guide, Gede Iwan! He was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. Such a wonderful, kind, friendly, and helpful person. He guided us throughout the journey, shared local insights, helped us at every stop, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His patience, positive attitude, and willingness to help made our sightseeing experiences even more memorable. We truly appreciate all the support he gave us throughout the trip. The hotel arrangements, transfers, sightseeing, and overall coordination were also well managed. Everything came together smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about the arrangements. Travelling to a new country can sometimes be overwhelming, but having a team that is supportive during the planning stage and reliable throughout the trip makes all the difference.
