We planned our vacation to Malaysia and Singapore with PYT. Our trip planner Andrew Kevin was polite and professional. He helped us plan a customised itinerary. I would like to give a shout out to Kevin for his patience and guidance. Overall it was a good trip, everything was well managed and we received timely updates. The communication and coordination by PYT and the ground team was EXCELLENT throughout the trip. The main issue we had was with the hotel in Singapore, it was extremely small and not practical for a couple. The bedroom was cramped, the bathroom basically consisted of a washbasin and a toilet. There was no additional space or dedicated shower area in the bathroom and we had to somehow manage for 3 days. It was truly a BAD experience. The room in Kuala Lumpur was adequate and equipped with essentials and the room in Langkawi was spacious and equipped with essentials as well. Another issue we had during our trip was the location of the hotels from Bricksfield (Kuala Lumpur) and Little India (Singapore). We are vegetarians and it's very difficult to find any Indian or Veg cuisine anywhere in Malaysia or Singapore except at areas like Bricksfield and Little India . Due to this we had to travel each day for dinner and few days for lunch between our room and the restaurants using Grab and that added another 6-7K INR across 9 days in expenses for us. If the hotels provided to us by PYT were located at or in the vicinity of these areas, it would have saved us some valuable time and the additional cost. Apart from this, everything else was great! We travelled to Singapore from Pick your trail and I am using the same for 2nd or 3rd time. Journey with pick your trail is always hastle free like early check ins - late check outs. Immediate changes in itinerary, near by Indian restaurants & foods. Very helpful when you are travelling with kids as they help us preparing last minutes entrys. 24*7 available on the chat box. Between 18-24 hrs before they remind you with next days activities and also alert us about the opening timing of the activities or the places like Universal Studios. I would recommend them. Best in class planning & execution and support. Wonderfuly organised trip to Vietnam. The whole team is patient, receptive and leave no stone unturned in providing support. 10/10 rating. One small feedback to them would be to employ a bit more knowledgeable people during the itinerary design which will help a lot.

We went to Vietnam through pickyourtrail. Overall experience was really good The trip was well organised and top class service was provided. Just one feedback, our hotel in Hanoi was far from the places where the food and local shopping was easily accessible. Because of this we had to face a lot of traffic to reach to the most common meeting points of the bus operators of trips there. Other than that, overall the planning was really good.

Our trip to Vietnam was perfect and smooth in all ways I could imagine. There was no issue at all, anywhere and everything was executed perfectly, right from trip planning and finalisation, to our last check out. Pickyourtrail team provided very prompt and thorough support and inputs whenever needed, whatever the time of the day was. The properties suggested and chosen by Pradeep, were top notch, exactly as per my requirement. The hotel in Da Nang was arguably the best located and most warming, followed by the stay in Phu Quoc, which had a private beach too. The only issue was regarding flight timings, which however didnt dampen our experience at all, as the excitement was very high, given the amazing itenary planned by Pradeep. I especially loved the Singapore layover, the Changi airport is not to be missed. I am fortunate to have covered good places, with comfortable stays and knowing that Pickyourtrail team was in constant touch for any kind of help needed. I had enough time and liberty to do things on my own as well - like riding scooty extensively in Da Nang (which helped me go to Hoi An for an evening as well) and exploring Phu Quoc too. Though the trip was slightly higher budgeted, I have no regrets at all and it was more than worth it. Thanks a lot Pradeep, for all your support, the deep discussions we had on planning the trip and then ensuring smooth execution and travel

We have approached pickyourtrail team for a customized singapore tripThe team had planned the trip efficiently and thanks to the entire team for taking up the last minute changes to the itinerary - to the extent possible Area of improvement - hotel room selection could be improvedWe believed/assumed that the room booked for us in Hotel Boss would be sufficient for a family of 4, but when we occupied the room, it was very small for 4 with no ward robes and a very small bath roomso, I would recommend the team to explain customers about the size of the room being booked - since the ground team would know if the room would be sufficient for a given no of pax or not - and if a bigger room is needed suggest budget changes accordingly; and then take consent from customer before booking Thank you PYT team for making our 1st international trip memorable & hassle-free with a little inconvenience from hotel room perspective; hence rating 4
