Pros : - Whole management and stays were perfect - drivers were cooperatives and on time. - Water sports including parasailing and banana boat were truly amazing - instructions before trip were clear and to the point Cons : - Returning flights via scoot was not comfortable, rest experience with Singapore airlines was good. - less options of food for vegetarian people.

It gives me great pleasure to review the services of the team of pick your trail . It is the second time that have choosen them and they did not fail me . Singapore trip was well planned initially by Ayushipick from their team , and well handled Abhinaya Priya there after. It was a short time given to them by me but they have executed outstandingly well. While in Singapore there was a constant support from Abhinaya and she really took care of everything. Have experienced other travel partners but pick your trail services are appreciable ! Thank you Ayushipick, Abhinaya and Pick your Trail management for setting this culture

A Truly Wonderful 8-Day Trip to Bali & Singapore with PickYourTrail! Our recent 8-day vacation to Bali and Singapore through PickYourTrail was a truly delightful and hassle-free experience right from planning to execution, everything was smooth and perfectly organized! A big thank you to Naveen, who patiently curated our itinerary and handled all bookings with great attention to detail. Soundarya and Vignesh were extremely helpful in explaining every aspect of the trip from hotels and transfers to daily plans ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. During the trip, Abhi provided wonderful on-ground support and was always just a message away whenever we needed assistance. In Bali, our driver Ibel made the trip extra special! Always punctual, polite, and full of positive energy, he ensured all our pickups were on time and guided us with local insights that made every day memorable. A huge thanks to Mahadev at the watersports activity too his enthusiasm, professionalism, and care made it one of the most thrilling experiences of our journey! The staff at Dedary Resort were outstanding warm, welcoming, and ever ready to help. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home amidst Balis natural beauty. Moving on to Singapore, our local guide Ms. Bean deserves a special mention for her engaging narration, humor, and knowledge. She made sightseeing fun and informative, helping us appreciate the culture and stories behind every landmark we visited. Every pickup was timely, every activity was well-coordinated, and every moment felt effortless and well-planned. PickYourTrail truly lives up to its promise of a smart, stress-free travel experience. We chose pickyourtrial for our singapore n malaysia trip. We had a very good experience overall starting from the discussion with the sales person in planning the itenary, followed by visa processing and tour briefing few days before the starting of the tour and then with the live support using WhatsApp group chat to coordinate well across the complete duration of the tour from airport pickup to drop back at the airport plus the schedule for the day communicated in the previous evening, etc

The hotels, activities, and overall planning made the trip absolutely hassle-free and enjoyable. The team was always responsive and helpful throughout. One special mention to Yash from the Jaipur team, who helped us immensely whenever we were stuck due to a lack of communication between the Vietnam team and the Indian staff he was super supportive and ensured everything went smoothly. Just one small suggestion it would be great to have better coordination between the Vietnam staff and the India team when discussing or updating activities. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we had an amazing experience!
