It is located 3,466 meters above sea level and is part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch region, on the border between Bern and Valais. Since 1912, travelers have been able to reach Jungfraujoch by train, arriving at the railway station, which is 3,454 meters (11,332 feet) high — the highest train station in Europe.
