We went for a trip to Portugal .. had a good experience with pick your trail. The support group was helpful and quite prompt. Some minor mishaps were there related to our visa.. but most of it was great. Hotel bookings were excellent. They were very helpful in planning the destination and suggested some changes for the good. Igni, srivatsan, loni all were very enthusiastic in responding to any of our queries! Overall good experience.

We recently completed our Bali trip planned by PickyourTrail, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! Special thanks to Hari for his excellent follow-up throughout the planning and booking process he ensured everything was well-coordinated and kept us updated regularly. Vincent did a great job in processing all our travel documents smoothly and on time. Their 24/7 online support since the trip started was truly commendable always available, quick to assist, and very professional. While the planning on the sightseeing spots could have been a bit better, most of the places suggested were iconic and memorable. Overall, a great experience and strongly recommended for anyone planning a Bali trip or any international vacation!

Thanks pickyourtrail for the extended support. The online chat support was very helpful and support received while finalizing the itenary was well followed up . Keep up the good work. Still there is a scope for improvement like hotel booking as per customer recommendation, following the given itenary and prior communication of the waiting time for each tour pick ups. I wish the entire team to continue to deliver a good service level.
